Appointment
Etiquette

Late cancel, no-show, or late arrivals.
Please show up on time to your appointment, most artists have multiple appointments. Please call and let us know if you are running late. If you are more than 30 minutes late your artist has the authority to turn you away or reschedule your appointment.  IF you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled time or no show your artist will not refund your deposit and you will need a new deposit to book another appointment.

What should I bring to an appointment?
Please show up dressed appropriately for your appointment. Please note, based on where you want the tattoo, parts of your body could be exposed so that the artist can tattoo the area. Comfortable and easy is better than tight and fashionable.

What to know before you come in:

  • Please DO NOT bring your children or guests. Your friends will feel awkward because there is not enough room.

  • Please have a valid driver license to present for paperwork.

  • We reserve the right to say no or talk you out of your idea. If you trust your doctor to prescribe you medication trust your artist to lead you in the right direction, forever is forever.

Planning for a large piece:
Most artist will schedule a consultation first to measure out the space and talk through your ideas. Make sure you bring reference. Most large pieces take more than one session. The price of the piece will depend on the number of sessions and hourly rate of the tattoo artist.

Pre/Post Care

What to know before I get tattooed?
Do not get tattooed if you have a rash or other skin irritations. Please come in fresh clean and ready to go. Note if you’re getting tattooed somewhere with lots of hair your artist will shave hair off.

What is the post care procedure?
Your artist will go over aftercare with you when you’re finished. Remove bandage 4-8 hours after tattoo. Do not re-bandage. There could be the potential for itchy/flaky patches, don’t worry this is normal, your body is healing and doing what it needs to do. You can apply a small amount of unscented lotion if area becomes dry.

Most tattoos take 2-4 weeks to heal. Please treat it like any other burn or skin abrasion. Do not pick or scratch, expose it to tanning beds or direct sunlight, and no Hot tubs or swimming pools directly after.

If you think your tattoo is infected, please contact your doctor immediately.
