Philip LaRocca started tattooing over ten years ago at Austin Tattoo Company under Keith Underwood. In 2016 he moved to Dallas and spent time working at Elm Street Tattoo. Philip enjoys taking on big projects such as back pieces and sleeves. He specializes in American and Japanese traditional tattoos.
